Items you need to bring for your bird

v    Verification of exam by an avian veterinarian within the past one year and/or since the time your bird was with other birds.

v    Food and any special diet for your bird.

v    Items your bird finds comforting.  I.E., toys, sleeping perch, sleeping tent, and/or cage cover if you bring your own cage.

v    Please let us know some words, phrases, songs, whistles that are in your bird’s vocabulary. Birds with a vulgar vocabulary are not allowed.

v    Emergency contact information to reach your veterinarian, you and a local friend or family member.
